Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This policy explains how Project Circle Ltd. ("we", "us"), a company based in Israel that operates projectcircle.io, collects, uses and protects personal information through projectcircle.io. It applies to visitors in the United States, Canada and elsewhere.

Who is responsible

Project Circle Ltd. is responsible for the personal information described here. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Omri Siri, founder. You can reach him, or anyone on the team, at info@projectcircle.io.

What we collect

  • Contact requests. When you use the "Talk to an engineer" form, we collect your name, role, company name, business email and whether you would like a free AWS assessment.
  • How you reached us. A contact request also includes how you arrived at the site: the referring website, any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) and the full address of the page you landed on, including its query string, which may contain ad click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid. It also includes the approximate country of the request, which Cloudflare derives from your connection.
  • Assessment requests. If you use the assessment form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, approximate monthly AWS spend, the challenges you select and your message.
  • Email. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share.
  • Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records the pages you view, the buttons you select (such as "Talk to an engineer"), when you start or send a form, how you arrived at the site, your device and browser type and your approximate location. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization. Google Analytics does not store your IP address.
  • Site statistics, spam protection and rate limiting. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate without cookies. When you view or send a form, Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates browser, device and network signals to check that the submission comes from a person; it does not set advertising or tracking cookies. When you send a form, our server uses your IP address to confirm the Turnstile check with Cloudflare and to limit how many requests one connection can send. If your browser detects that a page tried to load something our security policy does not allow, it may send us a technical report with the page address, the blocked address and the rule involved; we keep these reports in our hosting provider's logs to find and fix security problems.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your request and discuss how we can help, including preparing an AWS assessment if you ask for one. We use your contact and assessment details and your emails for this.
  • To understand which pages, channels and campaigns lead people to contact us, so we can improve the site and our marketing. We use how you reached us and, if you accept, Google Analytics data for this.
  • To protect our forms from spam and abuse. We use Turnstile signals, your IP address and site statistics for this.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Consent

When you send a request, you consent to us using the details you provide only to reply to your request and discuss the scope you asked about. We do not add form requests to marketing newsletters or promotional mailing lists. Providing your details in our forms or by email is voluntary and not required by law, though without the required fields we cannot reply to your request.

Analytics cookies are off until you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner; "Necessary only" keeps them off. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a refusal of analytics cookies.

Who receives your information

Form requests are not kept in a separate database on this website. Cloudflare's email service sends them from notify@mail.projectcircle.io to our team's projectcircle.io mailboxes, which are hosted on Google Workspace.

These service providers process information on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, email delivery, spam protection, rate limiting and site statistics), Google Workspace (our team's email) and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics, with Google signals and ad personalization turned off (under Google's privacy policy).

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is processed

Our team is based in Israel, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be communicated outside your province, state or country, including to Israel and the United States. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it. While your personal information is outside your province, state or country (including in Israel and the United States), it is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions and may be accessible to their courts, law enforcement and national security authorities.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and assessment requests for as long as needed to reply and follow up on your inquiry, and for no longer than 12 months if we do not enter into an engagement; if we work together, we keep them for the length of that relationship and any period the law requires. Google Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Cloudflare's short-term security and rate-limiting records expire automatically. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy, including in a structured, commonly used format;
  • have it corrected or deleted;
  • withdraw your consent;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither);
  • exercise these rights without being treated differently.

To make a request, email info@projectcircle.io. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. If an authorized agent makes a request for you, we may ask for written proof of their authorization and verify your identity. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (or your provincial privacy commissioner), the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or the authority in your own state or country.

Security

The site and its forms use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to requests is limited to the team members who handle them.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
